It is almost time to bid farewell to another incandescent year at Premier Business Audio, but before looking forward to 2015, there’s just enough time to review some of the highlights of 2014.
In January, Premier hired a new Head of Studio in Manny Latina, and began work on studio renovations. This would come to completion in the summer of 2014, where the Laverstoke based team hired a further 3 full-time studio staff.
The launch of FreedomMusic, Premier’s licence free in-store music and messaging service in February, perfectly complimented existing telephone audio marketing solutions. Enabling businesses to transpose their messages across their in-store audio proved to be a popular ‘Omni-Channel’ solution. With no PRS or PPL, business owners quickly discovered how much they could save on unnecessary licence fees. Visit music.premierba.co.uk/freedom to download the free 14 day trial and learn more about the service. The success of FreedomMusic led to the swift receipt of an international audio marketing award at the annual OHMA conference in the United States. Basingstoke based ‘JJ’s Indoor Play Centre’, won the award for their in-store overhead messaging service provided by FreedomMusic.
On the Contact Centre side, the Premier marketing team completed 5 full video case studies with some fantastic brands such as Barclays Cycle Hire, RSPCA, and Simplyhealth to name but a few. These comprehensive resources add a tangible element to the Premier Business Audio proposition, issuing an insight into the creativity and diligence that goes into every project. Ongoing Contact Centre video projects with London Borough of Enfield Council, formed an integral part of Premier’s first Public Sector Webinar. Held in October and using key statistics from Royal Borough of Kingston Council and Enfield Council, Kevin Freeman of the development team outlined the importance of Contact Centre audio and video in the public sector. Premier’s Contact Centre solutions can benefit both councils and residents by increasing efficiency and reducing lengthy call waiting times.
To wrap up the year nicely, Premier Business Audio were awarded with ‘Best Call Centre Audio’ at the annual Audio Marketing Association (AMA) conference in November. The winning production was an amalgamation of some of Premier’s best recordings, evidencing an ongoing commitment to customers for quality and creativity. Finally, December saw the introduction of a new role at Premier, with Charlie Rees instated as Head of Creative. A former employee of the Global Group, Charlie brings with her a wealth of experience in audio marketing and creativity that she is bursting to share.
With even more planned throughout 2015, Premier Business Audio are entering an exciting period of prosperity which will hugely benefit existing customers and prospects alike.
