Premier buys Bell Systems
Bell Systems Services (London) Ltd went into Administration on 4th November 2009. Much of the business (excluding liabilities) was bought by Premier Business Audio on 30th November 2009 including all of the intellectual property rights (including the Bell Systems website).

All Bell's Telephone System business has been acquired by 5G Telecoms

Note that if your Bell solution included both on-hold audio and a telephone switch, you will need to deal with Premier for the former, and 5G for the latter.

Please note that immediately before Administrators were appointed the Directors of Bell changed the name of the company to Dartford Multimedia Ltd (Reg Co No 0314899), so please quote this name when contacting them.

Who are Premier Bell or The Best Audio Company?
The directors of Bell Systems Services (London) Ltd (‘Bell Systems’), on taking that company into insolvent administration, continued to trade as Premier Bell (Premier Bell Holdings Ltd) annd Premier Bell Rentals Ltd which both trades as The Best Audio Company.
Premier Bell/Best Audio have NO right to any of the intellectual property rights of Bell Systems Services (London) Ltd (including any logo that looks like the old Bell logo)
- Premier Bell/Best Audio has NO connection with Bell Systems other than it happens to have the same directors
- Any use by Premier Bell/Best Audio of any recordings or script originally generated by Bell Systems is a breach of our copyright. We acquired all Bell Systems hardware rented out to customers and Premier Bell/Best Audio have no rights over that either.
- Premier Bell/Best Audio has NO connection with Premier Business Audio Ltd. Indeed we would really like to hear from you if you have been contacted by Premier Bell and if they have suggested there is any relationship to either Premier Business Audio or Bell Systems.
